Reading about companies' culture and values is also helpful in cracking HR interviews questions. Studies say the majority of HR professionals believe cultural fit is the most important quality that job seekers can have during the hiring process. Being aware of the recent trends and news related to the company can also act as a key for interviews.

Job description

While preparing most of the people to focus on what they think the employers might ask. This is definitely a valid approach but along with that focus should be also on creating answers to them. Here a good job description will lay out all the essential skills the employer is seeking thus helping out in creating convincing answers to them. You should also identify your weaknesses. It's nothing to feel disheartened in not fitting all of the criteria for a position in a job description. In reality, many candidates master some of the desired qualifications and lack in others. But you should be ready to talk about your weak spots.

After you've read the job description, you should have a broad sense of what the position entails, what the company values, and how you stack up.

Skills and qualities they look for

One quality the employer looks for in the candidate is a positive attitude. Even though they are looking to hire freshers they do expect the quality that the candidate must be excited about the job. So always have a positive attitude towards your job.

Effective communication skills are also necessary for cracking any interview. As a candidate, you should look for important communication qualities such as eye contact, an open body posture, etc. Also, focus on your English during this time.

The number of interviews ranges from 2-4 interviews. Some companies do go for even a single interview round and some with 4 interview rounds. So, before the interview, you should be familiar with the type of interviews and you should also be prepared for them.

For each type of interview, there are different types of questions. Like for Technical rounds, the majority of the questions are technical. If it’s the first round of interviews and if it is a technical interview the level of questions is less than that in the second technical round if it exists and if there is no second technical round then all kinds of questions are asked in the same interview.
